Harley K. Look, Jr.
Harley K. Look, Jr. is one of the name attorneys of the law firm of Katz, Look & Onorato, P.C., where he practices tax, estate planning, and elder law.
His approach to estate and tax planning issues is entrenched in knowledge and creativity. He is a real people person with a knack for making complex concepts easily understood. He enjoys the challenges of a diverse client base, from young couples with small children to elderly individuals, and from executives and small business owners to larger organizations with more complicated needs.
Harley grew up in Denver and received his B.A. degree with a double major and high honors from the University of Denver. He graduated at the top of his class from Stetson University School of Law, where he was a Law Review member and Editor, and a research and writing teaching assistant. Following law school, he received his Masters of Law Degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and is listed in the Martindale-Hubble National Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He thoroughly enjoys speaking as a guest lecturer on the subject of estate planning.
Harley has run numerous marathons many of which were with other attorneys in the firm, including his daughter, Krista Look, an equity shareholder in the firm, and with fellow name attorney, Mike Katz.
