Harley K. Look, Jr.
Harley K. Look, Jr. is an Equity Shareholder of the law firm of Katz, Look & Onorato, P.C., where he practices tax, estate planning, and elder law.
Harley’s approach to estate and tax planning issues is entrenched in knowledge and creativity. Harley is a real people person with a knack for making complex concepts easily understood. He enjoys the challenges of a diverse client base; from young couples with small children to elderly individuals, from executives and small business owners to larger organizations with more complicated needs. Despite Harley’s busy schedule, he has run a marathon or two each year, many of those were with fellow Shareholder Mike Katz since 1984.
Harley grew up in Denver and received his B.A. degree with a double major and high honors from the University of Denver. He graduated at the top of his class from Stetson University School of Law, where he was a Law Review member and Editor, and a research and writing teaching assistant. Following law school, he received his Masters of Law Degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and is listed in the Martindale-Hubble National Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He thoroughly enjoys speaking as a guest lecturer on the subject of estate planning.
